Instructions:

Search your GIF on google or whatever
When you find your GIF, right click on it
Click Copy image address.

Put the title
Click the picture icon (The tree in the middle of it)
Paste the URL of the picture and click insert (you should see the picture insert into the post)
Click Create Post and vola!
